Shipping Policy

B&C Frames ships to all 50 U.S. states. We are committed to getting your eyewear to you quickly and safely.

Shipping Details

Frames Only — Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Frames with Lenses — Processing Time: Orders that include prescription lenses require a minimum of 10–14 business days for lab processing.
Shipping Method: USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
