$25 Visit Fee
Concierge appointments carry a $25 visit fee, paid when you book. It covers the cost of coming to you, and it is separate from anything you buy — it is not credited against the price of frames.
Need to change your plans? Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will refund the fee in full, within two business days, or move your appointment to another date at no extra charge.
With less than 24 hours’ notice — or if we arrive and nobody is home — the fee is kept, as the trip has already been made.
